What's Christmas to you?

1.What is Your Favourite Holiday Show?
I really love the classic "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer" that plays on TV every year. Not a single Christmas has gone by without me seeing this at least once! 

2. Whats Your Favourite Christmas Colour? 

I really love red, silver & gold all together.  But, my absolute favourite would probably be silver, I like how it gives christmas that whimsical feel.  Hello, winter wonderland. 

3. Do You Like To Stay in Your PJs Or Dress Up For Christmas?

I prefer to stay in my pyjamas all day, comfortable and cozy sitting by the fire. I save my
dressing up & sparkles for New Years Eve! 

4. If You Could Only Buy One Person a Present This Year Who Would It Be?

Probably my mum (Sorry Jer!). She has been really supportive of all my goals this year, in-fact she was one of the people that pushed me to start this blog even though I felt very nervous to start it. I couldn't have Christmas go by without me giving her something in Thanks. 

  

5. Do You Open Your Present Christmas Eve Or Christmas Morning?

Well, my family does this a bit differently - we do not open Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning, we'll open our stockings in the morning but wait for our gift-unwrapping until Christmas night. We like to prolong the magic & excitement of Christmas as long as we can!  

6. Have You Ever Built a Ginger Bread House?

Yes I have! In high-school a few of my friends and I would get together and build our own little gingerbread houses, this tradition is carried on today! =) 

7. What Do You Like To Do On Your Christmas Break?

I like to spend my time with friends & family, drinking eggnog, going out downtown, catching up on this years films, & of course, Boxing Week shopping!  This Christmas break I will be trying out skiing (scary!) -- wish me luck, I will need it! 

  

8. Any Christmas Wishes?

I am just hoping 2012 is an excellent year! I have high hopes as my 2011 is sure ending off on some surprising & exciting notes!

9. Favourite Christmas Smell?

I really love the smell of warm apple cider with cinnamon because it reminds me of christmas get-togethers with friends & family.

10. Favourite Christmas Meal Or Treat?

Eggnog is my favourite Christmas treat. I absolutely love it. When I was a little kid my family had a tradition that the first eggnog of the year had to be drank while we did our christmas decorating on the house & listened to christmas music. I always really loved this tradition because it signified the exact moment that we would all begin to count down to Christmas & get those jitters of excitement.
