Good Morning to you all!

Hope you’re all having a lovely Friday, TGIF right? Goodness, I could not be happier! Tonight I am going to do as little as possible, yes I know how lazy that sounds!
Lately, Jeremy and I have gotten a bit too into “Call of Duty”, by no means am I good at it, but I really enjoy it! I have way too much fun playing with Jeremy as my partner, it is astonishing though to see the vast difference in our scores – he scored around 29,000 and I got 650 – Sad, isn’t it? Anyways, he is out of town tonight and tomorrow so no Call of Duty for me!  Instead I will have a bit of a spa night, facemasks anyone?!

Next Wednesday is his birthday, the big 25! I really want to make it special and show him how much I care about him, so I have a few little ideas that I think he will be really happy with. Unfortunately I cannot share my ideas with you all right now because he reads my blog, so you’ll all just have to wait until after Wednesday! Sorry!

Tomorrow I am heading downtown to bid farewell to my bestie, Mich. I am going to miss her so much, too much really. She is such a great person and is going to take so much from her experience in Africa so I am very happy for her, but the selfish side of me is wishing she’d just stay home! She is going to Africa to volunteer and work which will be a totally amazing experience, she is going to meet such wonderful people, and learn so much about the culture and lifestyle – I bet she’ll come home with a whole new perspective on life. I am so excited for her. Three months is a long time though to be without your go-to friend! I’ll have to make Jeremy participate in more girly things with me, poor guy! 

Anyways, onto the outfit!
This dress I received for Christmas from my Mum! I really love the bright colour and how perfect it is for spring!

My mum always seems to find items that I would sometimes over look, or think would be unflattering that turn out to be items I just love. She has a great eye for everything fashion and so I love when she picks out things for me!
I also really love this blazer, it has so much detail to it that it is just a interesting piece to have in your closet to spice up those one-toned outfits.

  13. the color of your cheeks are the most amazing pinkish-peach color, is that natural or is it blush? if its natural, damn I am jealous!! If its blush--what kind/shade??

      I am actually not wearing blush in any of my recent blog outfit photos, I tend to only wear blush on the weekend for a going out "treat" cause I like my skin to have a break from facial makeup throughout the weekdays. When I do wear blush though I wear Coralista by Benefit which is a really lovely peachy/ coral colour!
