 Glorious, Glorious Saturday!

So, we meet again...

Today is my good friends 25th Birthday! Seems like all my friends are turning 25 this year, pretty significant age I think - 25, quarter of a century and all! Anyways, to celebrate his Birthday we will all be ferrying over to one of the nearby islands and going for a little hike. The hike is supposed to be really scenic and beautiful so I am excited to get started!

After our hike we will be heading over to the pub to grab some yummies and drinks! 

This dress is from Sirens which is a store I never really shopped in before because it always looked like it had clothes that weren't really my style. Weirdly enough a few weeks ago I decided to go in for the first time in years and was immediately struck by this long, dainty, feminine black dress. When I tried it on in the store I was thrilled by how it fit and how much better the quality was than I had originally expected.

Obviously I am not wearing this hiking today (can you imagine!? Jeremy would think I was crazy), I actually took these photos a few days ago and just wanted to share them with you. 

I really love this dress, its romantic, flirty, fun and a little bit edgy and it was incredibly inexpensive; It was only $28, which I think is a pretty excellent deal! I love how the length is longer in the back, shorter in the front - it makes it a bit more fun and risque! I call it my mullet dress for that reason! I also own this dress in pink ( I couldn't resist them at that price!) which I will be showing you all soon! The pink is a bit more romantic looking, a lot less edgy and a lot more sweet, I really love it as well!
