500 Reasons to Smile

Hey Everyone! 


I just wanted to announce that my blog just reached 500 loyal & wonderful followers! Thank you all so much for taking the time to read my blog each day and for your lovely comments. I wake up everyday with a brighter and happier attitude because I know at some point I'll get to do what I really love, which is write and share all my fashion-passions! You have no idea how happy it makes me that something I love to do, and am excited to do each day has gotten such a kind and warm response - it makes me smile just thinking about it.


The shocking part of this all is how my blog actually started, and how its grown into so much more than I ever could have dreamt of. I originally started my blog because I was in a bit of a slump in my life, I was feeling directionless and worst of all I was feeling like I lost all my creative outlets - I stopped painting, I stopped writing and I stopped smiling about all the things that used to bring to much joy to my life. I had really forgotten about all the things that made me Me,  and made me happy, I put all of that aside and was left feeling incredibly lost. Since beginning this "online diary" I have really done a 180, I feel happy, excited and even enthusiastic about the next day ahead of me, I look forward to what I am going to share with you and what sort of response I'll find! This blog has allowed me to be creative, try new DIY projects,  try new recipes,  try new outfits and most importantly of all it's allowed me to be more open and free with thoughts, goals + dreams.
Each day now I have a bit more of a hop in my step, a wider smile on my face and a new idea in my head! Thank you all for letting me be honest and open with you all and for all of your kind hearted and caring responses!

Time to break open a bottle of bubbly and celebrate!

  31. Congrats Bree! That's so awesome you've reached 500, and that your blog has made such a change in your life. I started my blog when I was in a tough spot, too. I was feeling a bit loss and I felt like I was changing into someone I didn't want to be. Now that I have my blog, I feel a lot more like my old happy self- and I'm so excited that I am about to have 300 followers! {only 9 more until 300!}
