Recently I came across a neat post on one of my favourite blogs (http://www.sofiasjournal.com). The entire post was all about 100 things that made her happy, adding 10 every few days until she reached her 100. I thought this was a really lovely and uplifting idea, to write out all the things you love and really appreciate them. So I decided that I would start my own 100 things!
