As with most other websites, I use Google Analytics which collects the data contained in log files. The information in the log files includes your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit my site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox). Basically what this all gathers up for me is the amount time in which you visited my site and the pages you visited throughout my site. This all just lets me know what you all like on The Urban Umbrella!
Advertisements
I do use third party advertisements on theurbanumbrella.com. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on my site to “target” market to your likes.
Comments/ Messages
I reserve the right to approve or delete a comment or message for any reason. Hateful, hurtful or inappropriate comments will be removed. Since this is my site I want to keep it friendly & positive!
REVIEWS
Received Sample Items/ Clothing posts:
All sample items sent to The Urban Umbrella to review will be reviewed with completely honesty. It will be noted in the post that product was sent to, and not purchased by The Urban Umbrella. All reviews are 100% the honest opinion of The Urban Umbrella and that will never be compromised.

I typically state that a clothing
item was sent to me with a simple “C/O”. “C/O” means “courtesy of” and
basically covers that the item was sent to me rather than purchased.
Paid Posts/ Reviews:
All paid posts carry the same honesty policy that Sample Review posts/ Clothing posts require. Though exact payment of the review may not be disclosed in the post, there will always be either a paid-post logo or a statement clearly stating the item was sent for review.
BLOG CONTENT
Blog Photos & Content
All photos and content on The Urban Umbrella is owned by Bree and copyrighted unless clearly stated otherwise on a post. Before taking photos you must request permission. Photos or content taken from The Urban Umbrella without request permission must be taken down immediately.
Photos used from Pinterest or elsewhere on the Urban Umbrella will be noted in the appropriate posts and links will be provided.
