Hello Hair Mask Review

I’ve been doing hot oil hair treatments for years. In-fact I discovered them when I was just 13 years old, and since then I’ve been totally hooked – to the point that I even make my own DIY Hair Oiling Treatment. Even before dying, frying, and using heat tools on my hair, it was already very dry and damage prone and I loved using oiling treatments to make my hair softer and healthier.   Hello Hair Mask Review   During my high-school years, I experimented with hair colours & cuts so much that people used to joke that I was ever-changing. I loved seeing my hair go from blonde to red to brunette (and then back to the start again) all within a few short months. Since growing up my hair was already dry-prone, all this back and forth with my hair colour & cut really took it’s toll – and hot oil treatments help keep my hair looking and feeling soft and healthy.   Hello Hair Mask Review   Nowadays, it’s rare to see me with a big hair change. I’ve found a hair colour I like, and I want to keep it healthy. The things that get me excited about my hair now are when I hear about a great new hair treatment, a fantastic hair serum, or a beautiful smelling leave-in conditioner. When I heard about the Hello Hair Mask  I was immediately excited- and I knew I had to give this Oil Treatments a try.   Hello Hair Mask Review

Hello Hair Hydrating Mask Island Escape Edition Review

The Scent:

I want to start by talking about the scent of this product because it’s absolutely amazing. My boyfriend described the scent as a “super tropical piña colada” – lots of coconut, and bright notes of citrus.

Application Process:

The application is a bit messy since it is a liquid oil and not a creamy conditioner. The spout makes it simple enough to pour into your hands, but actually getting it through your hair can be a bit chaotic! I applied the oil to dry hair as recommended on the package and left it on for about 45 minutes. Now since this is an oil treatment, you do run the risk of having oily hair if you don’t rinse out the treatment thoroughly. If you’ve ever done an at-home oil treatment, than chances are you know that they can leave your hair mighty oily! I can’t stand when my hair feels oily, so I shampoo’d my hair twice to get out all of the oil and then used a light conditioner.   I used my Neutrogena Clarifying shampoo twice to get all the oil out of the roots of my hair.  I didn’t add any serum or detangler to my hair once I was out of the shower.

Hello Hair Mask Results:

After rinsing out the Hello Hair Mask Hydrating Mask Island Escape Edition twice what I ended up being left with was super silky, smooth, healthy hair. I was really blown away by how hydrated my hair felt; even my once dry ends felt and looked softer and smoother.   Hello Hair Mask Review Hello Hair Mask Review

This Mask is Formulated With:

– Coconut Oil – Olive Oil – Pomegranate Seed Oil – Grapeseed Oil – Argan Oil – Olive Leaf Extract – Castor Oil, Glycerin – Lime Extract – Vanilla Extract – White Grapefruit Oil. It is 100% natural as well as cruelty-free/vegan.    Hello Hair Mask Review

How Much does the Hello Hair Mask Cost?

The Hydrating Mask Island Escape Edition is $18.00 & the original Hello Hair hydrating oil mask is $15.00. I feel like these prices are fairly reasonable given that you get multiple uses out of the package (depending on your hair length) as well as the end result of having shiny silky hair.

Summary:

Since receiving my Hello Hair Island Escape Edition oil treatment, I’ve tried it out twice and both times I’ve been so thrilled with the results. From the incredible smell, to the fabulous results, this is a treatment I will absolutely 100% be re-purchasing.

Update:

I have used the entire package, and I got to say that I really enjoyed this hair treatment.I do think you could get similar results by just creating your own at-home DIY oil treatment, but this one does smell really lovely and I did quite like it. I have also purchased similar products at Sally’s for less so there definitely are cheaper options available locally.
A Word of Caution: I would recommend this very heavy deep conditioner only if you’re like me and have very dry-prone, damaged hair. For example, my friend Leeanne has very healthy hair and she had a very negative experience with this oiling treatment because it was too heavy for her hair!    Related Posts:

“I want to grow seeing you smiling” 💛 I s “I want to grow seeing you smiling” 💛

I saw so many powerful messages today from people sharing their "why" — the reason behind why they were there and standing as one of the "fringe". Here's a few reasons that I saw and heard:

- Why? Because I want my child to grow seeing smiles and smiling
- Why? Because I miss my family and loved ones.
- Why? Because my lived experience tells me not to trust what is happening right now.
- Why? Because I believe in our informed consent principles.
- Why? Because I believe in choice without coercion.
- Why? Because I’ve lost my job as a healthcare worker.
- Why? Because I’ve lost my business.
- Why? Because I’ve lost my home.
- Why? Because I’ve been injured.
- Why? Because I think there’s a better way forward for everyone.
- Why? Because I chose what I knew was best for me and I want everyone else to be free to do that as well.

Everyone has a unique reason why, and it’s important to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge them. Now is the time. Let's come together and be united💛

I want to be clear: I am not trying to dismiss the I want to be clear: I am not trying to dismiss the loss and illness that so many have experienced from C. It has been an extraordinarily hard two years for many, many people, for all sorts of different reasons and it is not my aim to diminish any of them. What I am trying to express is that we are at a breaking point societally.

If we continue to move forward with coercion, mandates, restrictions, and divisive passports based on fear (or a hope) then we risk setting precedents that we may not be comfortable leaning on in the future. We also risk dividing our society to such a degree that may make it difficult, if not impossible, to ever bring back together. Despite all of the debates, arguments, and comments made over the last few years, I do not believe that deep down Canadians want to live in a state of perpetual division.

If this is not the time to unite and end these mandates, when is? It is our systems that are broken, and they have been broken for a very long time. We all know this. Let's unite and fix them, and more together 💛

Creating our own peace ☮️

Nearing the end of 2021, one thing that Jer & I wanted to prioritize was creating our own peace. Life has been exhausting for the last long while and, like most people, our mental well-being suffered from the current state of Canada. We knew we needed to make some changes, add something to our lives to remove us (even temporarily, now and again) from the chaos that is now the “new normal”. So, we began making road trips around BC to find our very own home away from home. I feel immensely lucky to now have this remote sanctuary in our lives. It is somewhere we can go when life gets too overwhelming, somewhere we could live eventually if life continues to be overwhelming. In just the first few days here, I’ve already felt a shift in my mindset. I feel incredibly lucky to have this place and already it feels like home. 💖
✨Growing pains✨ . . . 2021, for many of us, w ✨Growing pains✨
. . .
2021, for many of us, was a year of growth. Some of it was painful, most of it inspiring, and all of it necessary. Sometimes growing means needing to shed the older versions of ourselves and sometimes that can be difficult or cause a loss in friendships or relationships. It can be challenging - believe me, I get it. But, anything or anyone who couldn't respect your growth then won't respect your future growth. While growth can be painful it is not nearly as painful as the dull consistent ache of feeling stuck.
