Casual Work Christmas Party Outfit Idea
Nailed It
When I think of winter I instantly think of colours such as red, burgundy, forrest greens, and shiny metallics. The seasons colour palette is really a mixture of warmth and glamour and it’s easy to add touches of these colours in with your nails. While you don’t need to go with the spot-on holiday colour of red like I have, you can play with other holiday inspired hues to bring a bit more festivity to your daily style.
Dark Denim
When you’re at work dark denim is the one and only to wear – and that rule applies to your office party look. When you’re wearing denim to your holiday party be sure to rock some super dark denim and pay attention to fit. You want your jeans to be properly fitted to you – not too fitted and not too slouchy.
Chic Shoes (comfortable ones!)
Your shoes are another way to add a bit of festive fun to your look. Play with metallic tones, a pop of red, or something bold and sparkly. If heels aren’t your thing, don’t worry – there are tons of excellent flat options available too!
Festive Accessories
If you’re not into any of these tips then simply try to add in some holiday cheer to your look with your accessories. This shirt has a built in sparkly neckline which brings a lot of the holidays into my outfit, but you can also simply add on some glittery earrings or a necklace to add a bit more glamour to your holiday party outfit.

Such a pretty look for the holidays! I love the jewelry! And i'm the same…I definitely have a more casual style but I do like to dress up for our family get togethers, even if I'm the only one! Ha ha! Brings back memories of being little and my mom dressing us up like crazy

Lovee your nail polish picks! When I think holidays, I always think "sparkle," but you're so right in that that isn't always appropriate or necessary. Sometimes some festive accessories are all you need.
I love the jeweled neckline – you don't have to add too much else to the look! xo, Biana BlovedBoston
Such a pretty simple look – nicely done.
Girl, your rock comfortable chic like nobodys business!! <3 Love it all

Bree!! How are you my dear friend?! It has been such a long time, I missed visiting you! Finally I'm back to blogging again. I've had a lot of things on my plate, I've been sick for a few months (not quite 100% now, but way better) and I had to deal with a renovation at the same time. I haven't forgot about you, but you know that ;). I hope everything is well on your side of the globe. I'll be catching up, although I probably can't hihi… I missed out on so much!!
I love this color on you! You look so so beautiful! Ah, I haven't dressed up in such a long time, I think I forgot what my style was hihi, maybe my break opened up the doors to something new.
Much love,
Lucia
