I feel like so often I talk of brunch here on The UU, and today I’m talking about it once again. I love brunch and all things to do with it – mimosas, lattes, decadent breakfasts. I also love searching out new brunch destinations; spending way too much time looking for new options that have both healthy meals (for myself) and less than healthy ones for the fella. On that note, I can’t be the only girl out there who is dating a guy who never gains weight – I mean, this guy could eat Eggs Benny daily and wouldn’t budge a pound! My metabolism doesn’t work like that, so finding a brunch spot that offers healthy alternatives is a must!
While we were wandering around Robson Street recently we spotted Abode, a quaint and cute little restaurant that had a very tempting brunch menu. They had “Homemade Honey Roasted Granola” which suited my healthy diet needs, and a bunch of different Eggs Benedict’s & hashes for Jer. We also indulged in a couple of lattes which were yummy!
