Over the last few days I’ve been turning to these minimalistic looks more and more as I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather; I don’t have a cold or a flu exactly but I am definitely not feeling 100% like myself. Since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago, it seems I go through these “off-moments” here and there, and I’ve been told thats pretty normal. Usually these times call for a change in diet, a little more sleep, a bit more relaxation, and an update in my workout routine. So, over the next few weeks, I’ll be overhauling my lifestyle to getting my health back on track.
