With my 25th birthday lurking just around the corner (well, at the end of October – but still.. freaky), I have a few things on my mind on how I’d like to approach this next year.
I’m excited for this year ahead of me and all the things that I have yet to uncover.
I’m looking forward to heading off on a trip with my best-friend this November, spending this Christmas with Jer (our first together), planning new adventures – and having spontaneous ones.
One thing I had always told myself growing up was that skincare had to be taken more seriously come 25. It sounds silly, but it’s always what I thought.
While I’ve never really been a sun worshiper (I’m too fair, I need my sunscreen and giant umbrellas), never have smoked, and have always maintained a skincare routine – I do feel like it’s time to pay a bit more attention to my skin.
Even though my original “ready, set, go” date was set for the end of October, I figured why not get a jump start and kick my skincare into high gear now? Click through to read more on how I am upping the ante on my skincare with Indeed Labs™!
Indeed Labs Skincare Review
After receiving my Indeed Labs™ skincare package, I immediately added them into my daily beauty routine. Indeed Labs™ is a fantastic Canadian skincare brand available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Their products are super affordable, and I was so excited that they were easily available at Shoppers Drug Mart – since it seems like I am always popping into my nearest Shoppers for beauty, hair-care, and makeup anyways!
I wanted to really get a great feel for these products before sharing them all with you, and let you know which ones I love, like, and dislike. I rarely switch up my skincare, so any variation always feels like a big and scary change to me.
I have incredibly sensitive and finicky skin which I know is something I do not struggle with alone, and so I really like to take my time and do my research trying products out before sharing them all with you.
On Friday, after a long week at work (didn’t last week feel like an eternity?) I felt I really needed a total spa night. I had used a majority of these products throughout the entire week, but I had yet to try the Hydraluron Moisture Mask with the whole skincare routine.
Since I was heading out of town that night to go camping, I felt like there was no better time to really freshen up my skin than then. I mean, I’m not going to really get to wash my face for two days – I really wanted to treat it well before getting gritty in the great outdoors! Also, since I get off work at 2PM I was able to sneak in a little spa time – complete with tea, a movie, and a snuggly robe.
