Kiehl’s Rare Earth Mask Review & Demo
Texture To start off, I have to that this mask is THICK. Like, seriously. I was surprised by just how heavy and thick the texture was. With that being said, applying it with a little spatula type applicator, as I did, meant that I used a bit too much product. I would say to use your fingers instead to apply this product so you don’t overuse and waste this mask.Kiehl’s Rare Earth Mask Ingredients

The mask claims to shrink down pores and detoxify your skin. I have small pores, so I didn’t notice my pores were significantly smaller, but I did feel like my skin overall looked smoother and softer. I also felt that my skin felt incredibly clean. One thing about this mask though is that it is a drying mask, so if you have a normal or oily skin type you’ll love it – but if you have dry skin then I would say to use this very occasionally or steer clear of it entirely. This mask is formulated with Amazonian White Clay which is meant to draw out oil, dirt and toxins that clog pores. I do feel like it did this since my skin did feel so smooth, soft, and clean. It also says that contains Oatmeal and Aloe Vera which is supposed to soothe skin. I didn’t find this mask to be particularly “soothing” since it was a more drying mask.
