Healthy hair is important to me. After years of struggling with dry damaged unruly hair (which I talk about more in my “How I Repaired My Damaged Hair” post), I am willing to almost spend or do anything to keep my hair healthy and manageable. Thankfully though, there are tons of great hair care lines out there that do the trick without breaking the bank, and today I am sharing a full review on one of them!
L’Oreal Paris Expertise Total Repair 5 Hair Care Review
L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Shampoo
Unlike many shampoos I’ve tried, this shampoo is super creamy and doesn’t leave your hair feeling dry or striped. It lathers up quickly and makes your hair feel clean without leaving it feeling stiff or dry.
L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Condition
My favourite part of this haircare line is the conditioner. While the conditioner is for daily use, it is heavier and more moisturizing than most other daily conditioners I’ve used. This conditioner left my hair feeling incredibly soft and silky.
L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Cica Cream
I am always a bit wary of trying new hair serums. I hate when I have just washed my hair and then made the mistake of applying a serum that makes my hair feel as though I need to wash it all over again. Thankfully though, this serum didn’t do that at all – and I actually found it to be super light weight and conditioning. I don’t use much leave-in creams and serums in my hair typically because I can’t stand when my hair feels heavy (I usually use only about a dime amount of product), but I actually found I could use more of this leave-in cream and my hair didn’t feel stiff, sticky, or oily at all.
