I’ve been a matcha fan for quite some time, and if you follow me on Instagram then you likely know that a matcha latte is pretty much a staple in my daily diet.
Recently though, I was sent Sproos Marine Collagen, Grass Fed Collagen, Skin & Hair Collagen, and Gut Collagen. It got me thinking of stepping up my usual matcha latte to a matcha collagen latte, instead.
This matcha collagen latte recipe is super delicious and jam-packed with healthy ingredients.
Matcha has a ton of great health benefits to it, which is why I began drinking it in the first place. It contains l’theanine which apparently can help to calm your mind, improve your energy, boost mental clarity, and even give you better sleeps. Also, matcha helps boost your metabolism and support healthy weight loss.
One major benefit of matcha is that it really helps soothe nerves and provides anxiety-relief – which I absolutely need. I have had anxiety for years and I love that matcha can really help calm my mind and my nerves.
Taking collagen supplements is supposed to also be great for your health. It’s said that collagen can help support healthy joints and reduce joint pain, improve gut health, and slow/or reduce the signs of aging.
I’d been curious about collagen for a few months before receiving these packets in the mail. I have to say, I am really excited to be adding collagen to my diet.
I am always trying to improve my health. And, I am excited by the idea that this could help fight the signs of aging on my skin.
Over the last few years, I have begun to notice little changes in my skin. I love the idea of taking something daily to help support my skin/ hair from the inside out. Already, I eat a healthy and balanced diet and a supplement seems like a great way to step that up even more so. #StayAwayWrinkles
I love having my matcha latte in the morning alongside with a big bowl of my favourite slow cooker oatmeal, but you can honestly have this matcha collagen latte whenever. Apparently, having a cup of matcha in the afternoon can help pick your energy up from that lunchtime-lull.
