For me, one of the most stressful parts of going on vacation is choosing a swimsuit. While I’m not horribly insecure about my body, I’m also not one to feel like I suit anything and everything. So, it takes me time to figure out what I’m comfortable and confident in for my days spent at the beach & pool.
I always start my search looking for fits and shapes that will flatter my body. Since I have a curvier hip, I like to balance that with a top that flatters my upper body. While this top is a simple bandeau, it has a slightly extended bottom which provides that fuller look and a unique v-shape which adds a pretty feminine element. The swimsuit bottoms are a classic fit and provide a normal amount of coverage. I lived in my bikinis while I was in Cuba, and I so adored my Sexpot Swimwear bikini in “Sea Sick” blue. The fit was comfortable, the colour was playful, and I loved the unique bandeau top.
Since fit is such a precise and important part of buying a swimsuit, I was sure to ask whether they fit small or large. Sexpot swimwear let me know that their swimsuits do fit on the small side so be sure to size up for a more comfortable fit.
