It’s kind of ironic to think about how much my life online has provided me in my day to day life. The UU started out as my after-work creative space, and it’s grown into a space that’s also provided me so many incredible opportunities and new friendships. I have to say, the best thing that’s happened since I began blogging has been meeting such incredible new people. I met Leeanne from LegalLeeBlonde a few months back, and recently met Samantha from Otisamantha.com, and we decided to team up and share how we’d each style the colour pink for spring.
Pink has to be one of my favourite colours year round – it’s feminine, bright, and peppy – but in the spring it seems to “pop” even more. This Chicwish floral midi skirt has been one of my favourite pieces over the last few weeks, I adore the print, love the bright pops of hot pink, and adore how it pairs with simple & classic blouses.
Leeanne took a prim approach to pink with her simply chic fit and flare pea-coat. I love this bright magenta and think it pairs perfectly with her classic nude heels. Samantha went for an elegant and flowing look with her pink kimono-style blouse. This blush tone pink is one of my absolute favourite colours, and I love how she mixed soft pinks to create a delicate colour palette.
