Stop Buying Lunches (and snacks, and dinners…)
Cost-wise and health-wise, dining out for lunches and grabbing snacks on the go is simply no good. If you buy your lunches then you’re likely spending between $5 – $15 per lunch which can really add up over time. Plus, when you’re buying your lunches every day you’re also likely wasting groceries at home. Rather than using the food you have at home, you’re letting it sit in the fridge and going to waste. I hate letting food go to waste, there’s honestly nothing I find more unnecessary and annoying than throwing out food I purchased simply because I didn’t cook it in time.Meal Prep is Key for a Healthy Lifestyle
If you’ve been following me on Instagram then you likely know that I am forever on the pursuit of health. That means that I need to put some time and energy into my meal prep. I actually did share my typical 5-day lunch meal prep routine, as well as a few ways to make the meals feel different each day so you don’t get bored with your diet. I find that having meals ready to grab, heat up, and eat really helps me stay on track with my health and health goals since I am not having to make last-minute choices with my diet.
It looks so yummy. Delicious!
